Springboro homeowners

What Springboro OH homeowners ask us about lvp.

Springboro homeowners — from the historic district near Main Street to the newer Soraya Farms and Settler's Walk neighborhoods — work with Nova for high-quality material selection and full-install service.

Springboro is a tale of two markets — the historic district near Main Street and the South Pioneer Boulevard area is full of mid-1800s homes with deep architectural character, and then you have the post-2010 builds in Soraya Farms, Settler's Walk, and Carriage Trace where the homes are big (often 3,000–5,000 sq ft) and the kitchens are open-concept and primed for premium upgrades. Springboro homeowners tend to plan ahead — most of our Springboro projects are scoped 2–3 months in advance, often around school-year transitions.

Luxury vinyl plank gives you the warm look of hardwood with the practicality of vinyl — 100% waterproof, scratch-resistant, kid- and pet-proof, and dramatically warmer underfoot than tile. We carry rigid-core LVP from EverLife, Trecento, and other premium lines, and our installers handle full subfloor prep and trim work.

We work across the 45066 ZIP and the surrounding Warren & Montgomery Counties area. Neighborhoods we've served include Springboro Historic District, Soraya Farms, Settler's Walk, Carriage Trace.

FAQ

LVP questions Springboro homeowners ask.

How long does LVP installation take?
Most LVP installs take 1–3 days for a typical home. Empty rooms install fastest; furnished spaces add half a day for furniture moves. Whole-house projects (1,500+ sq ft) typically run 2–4 days. We schedule day-by-day so you know exactly when crews are on site.
Is LVP really 100% waterproof?
Premium rigid-core LVP — the kind we install — is 100% waterproof on its surface, which is why it works in basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. Standing water for days can still seep through the seams to the subfloor, so it's not a substitute for fixing actual leaks. But spilled drinks, pet accidents, mopping, and dishwasher overflow? No problem.
Can LVP be installed over my existing floor?
Often yes — LVP can be installed over most existing hard surfaces (tile, sheet vinyl, sealed hardwood) if the surface is flat and stable. We'd rip up old carpet first. Subfloor flatness matters more than the existing floor type — if your subfloor has high spots or dips beyond 3/16″ across 10 feet, we level it before install.
What's typical project scope for a Soraya Farms kitchen remodel?
Soraya Farms kitchens are usually 250–400 sq ft with large center islands. Typical scope is full cabinet refresh (often a paint/refinish + new doors, or full custom replacement), quartz waterfall island, full backsplash, hardwood-look LVP or engineered hardwood throughout the open concept. Budget range usually $35k–$75k for full kitchen.
Do Springboro Historic District renovations need design review?
Exterior changes in the historic district require Springboro Architectural Review Board approval. Interior surface work — floors, counters, cabinets — does not. If you're doing window replacement or front porch work along with interior renovations, we'll coordinate the ARB submission.
How long is the drive from Nova's showroom to Springboro?
About 20 minutes via SR-741 or I-75, depending on time of day. We typically have crews on site the morning of install with materials staged the day before.
