Custom vs. semi-custom — which should I pick?

Semi-custom (KraftMaid, Wolf, Forevermark) covers ~90% of kitchens — you pick from preset sizes, door styles, finishes, and modifications. Fully custom only matters when you need non-standard heights, unusual angles, or fully bespoke detailing. Semi-custom is faster (4–6 weeks) and usually 30–40% less than full custom.

How long does a kitchen cabinet install take?

Cabinet install itself is 2–4 days once boxes are on site. The full project — demo of old kitchen, cabinet install, counter template/fabrication/install, backsplash, and trim — typically runs 4–8 weeks for a full kitchen remodel.

Do kitchen cabinets come with soft-close drawers and doors?

Yes — soft-close hardware is standard on every line we carry. We use BLUM hinges and full-extension under-mount drawer slides on most installs.

Can I keep my existing kitchen layout but get new cabinets?

Absolutely — that's the most common kitchen remodel. We rip out old cabinets, install new ones in the same footprint, swap counters, redo backsplash, and you're back in business in 4–5 weeks. Layout changes (moving sink or stove) add structural and plumbing scope.
